82Cart ships to the continental United States (excludes Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Alaska, and Hawaii). We are currently not able to deliver shipments to P.O boxes or APO/FPO addresses, military states, U.S territories, or International locations.
We ship orders within 3 business days of the day the order is placed. We must ship perfume via ground transport according to the law, so shipping time can take 1-7 days with our carrier, USPS or UPS (usually 1-2 days within NY-Tristate area).
DELIVERY DELAYS & LOST PACKAGES
All purchase orders come with the opportunity for you to protect your purchase at checkout with Route shipping insurance. We are not responsible for carrier delivery delays and lost packages. If a package is lost by the carrier, and you have not opted in Route insurance, we will do our best to assist you and the carrier to find it but cannot make any guarantees. Please email support@82cart.com with any additional questions regarding shipping and delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are interested in returning an unopened, unused product with packaging fully intact within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may initiate a return request by emailing support@82cart.com and referencing your order number.
The customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping. Once the product is received back to our warehouse, we will refund the purchase amount minus a restocking fee of $15. Returns will only be accepted the original packaging and labeling are fully intact and the product is in salable condition. Refunds for returned merchandise will be made within two weeks of the return of the product to the original credit card.
If you have a quality concern such as breakage during transportation or malfunction within a 14-day period following delivery, please take a photo of the issue in question and send it with your order number and description to support@82cart.com and we will happily proceed to resolve the issue.
Items purchased online at www.maisondetto.com will not be accepted in retail store or pop-up locations or any third-party locations carrying 82Cart merchandise.
Items purchased in a retail store, pop-up location, or third party location are not available for return directly to 82Cart.
